Another release of snoofa, with new features and fixes.
Latest Updates
Email Reminder to Complete Registration
Snoofa Back Office
Sometimes Clients sign up but then do not complete the further steps required to reach Basic and then Advanced verification. So we have now added the ability to send an automated email reminder prompting Clients to complete their verification.
Going to System Settings > Compliance >Reminder Settings allows admins to how soon reminders will be sent after registration.
Admins can also choose to send reminders to a single or multiple Clients, via the Clients area, selecting the Clients they wish to remind and then choosing Send Reminders > Basic or Advanced Certification and then pressing Execute.
Proof of Identity and Address Process for Clients
Snoofa Client Zone
We have improved and made clearer the Proof of Identity and Address process for Clients. Making the journey smoother, advising Clients when no camera is available or detected on their device and allowing them to Switch to a Phone with a simple QR code scan.
Show Used Paddles for Admins Creating Registrations
Snoofa Back Office
Admins sometimes need to add or create registrations on behalf of Clients. To make this as easy as possible, it is handy for the admin to be able to see the Latest Paddle Numbers used. So we have made it that admins can now see them when registering a Client.
And Much, Much More
This release also includes 19 other updates and fixes, helping to improve the system and keep it running as smoothly as possible.
