Files Admin
We have added a new section for Admins within the Client Detail area. This new feature gives Admins the ability to securely upload & store documents related to a Client. It allows PDFs, PNGs, JPGs & GIFs, up to 25MB in size.
NOTE: This feature should not be used for storing (uploading) Client IDs, please do not store passports, driving licenses, proof of address, etc.
As well as being able to upload new documents, this new feature is a single area where Admins can see all documents associated with a Client, such as System Generated documents like Invoice, Settlement & Consignment PDFs.
Documents are displayed in a searchable grid, the usual grid format used within Snoofa. Admins can rename (uploaded docs), & download or delete all documents. These documents are private - only visible to Admins.

| We have added the ability to set Item visibility on ended Auctions. This means you can choose to have specific Items / Lots set as Public (the default setting). Or change them to Sensitive or Private. In basic terms, Sensitive means the Lot on your website will not show estimates & hammer prices. With Private not showing the Lot at all.
