Paperwork for Solicitors

Quite often, auction houses will receive consignments from firms of solicitors, who are acting on behalf of deceased estates.

The solicitors might submit multiple consignments over time, often in the same auction, for these different clients. As a result, it is necessary for the solicitors to be able to track which consignments belong to each estate or client.

In Snoofa, it is possible to define, per consignment, the title of the deceased estate and a contact at the solicitor.

To do this, when adding a consignment, use the Client Reference and FAO (For Attention Of) fields:

When these fields are populated, they will appear on the Consignment PDF, Pre Sale Advice document and the Settlement Statement.

Compare the difference client references and FAOs on the presale for the different consignments, all within the same auction.
