This is a common problem. You inform the client that they can add their bank details securely in their client zone so you can pay their settlement. They give this a go, but then can’t see where do to it. Why is this?
It’s quite simple. Only clients who have the Vendor role will see this form. A few simple steps will allow the clients to add their bank details.
Click Edit on the client detail. | |
Scroll to the Roles section and make sure Vendor is ticked . | |
Click Save Changes. | |
The client will now see the option to add payment details on their client zone dashboard. | |
And can fill out the form. | |
When complete, the details will show in the Payment Methods tab in the client’s detail. |
