Export an auction catalogue

Sometimes it is necessary to export an auction catalogue. There are multiple reasons you might do this, and thus multiple different forms the export can take. Let’s have a look at some of these options.

For information on printing a viewing catalogue, click here.

Regular Export

The simplest way to export an auction is the regular CSV export.

This can be done by clicking the CSV export button on the auction Catalogue.

The export will be a simple spreadsheet that will include client and lot data. The hammer prices will be included if the auction has ended.

Export for Third Party Platforms

If you are publishing your auctions on third party marketing/bidding platforms, you can export the catalogue in the specific format required for each platform.

For uploading auctions to the-saleroom.com see this article about the integration.

If your desired platform isn’t included in the options, get in touch on support@snoofa.com to find out the best options.

This can be done by selecting the platform via the Actions dropdown button on the auction Catalogue.

Again, this export will be a spreadsheet and it will differ per platform.

Export for Printed Catalogues

If you are producing printed catalogues, it is useful to have the catalogue in Rich Text or Word format to add to third party catalogue building programs.

Again this can be done via the Actions dropdown button on the auction Catalogue, then selecting Export for Docs.

All cataloguing fields will be included as well as the thumbnail image.
