Automatic Lot Sorting

It is now possible to add some settings to an auction on how you’d like the lots to be ordered. This is to save time with lotting up later on. The auction can be ordered by category as well as by reserve, low and estimate within each category. You can read more about this here: Automatic Lot Sorting ️

The System Settings have had a tidy up. Settings in the Appearance and General sections have now been ordered into collapsable sections..

Invoice Report Changes

A total of all items in the Invoice Level Fee total is now the last item in this box.

Settlement Report Changes

ADMIN

The Settlement Report now follows the same format as the Invoice Report.

• There is a dashboard box with the totals

• There is a dashboard box with the other settlement rows

  • There is a total of all items in this box

Debtors Report Changes

ADMIN

• Now only invoices that are not marked as paid and which are overdue are included in the debtors report

• The Age of debt is now calculated from the Due Date

• New info boxes will show:

  • Total debt to date

  • Total number of unpaid invoices to date

  • Total debt for selected period

• The Age of debt column is sortable
