ADMIN MODULE WEB MODULE We’ve added a comprehensive timezone framework to Snoofa. Up until now, all times set in Snoofa have been in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). This aligns with GMT, but not when the UK is in BST, which was causing some confusion. Now we can set which timezone we want our events to be in. | |
Your Snoofa instance can have a default time zone set. This will be set to London/Europe unless you decide to change it. |
|
When adding a client, you can specify what their time zone should be. This will automatically set to the system default time zone above. |
|
When adding new events such as auctions or valuation events, you can specify the time zone. Again, this will default to the system time zone. |
|
All dates online will now show to clients with the selected time zone. |
Bug Fixes
Auctions can now be edited once the catalogue has been published
Sometimes, when viewing an auction catalogue or search results on the web module, some of lot information would ‘merge’ together. We’ve tided this up so everything will always appear in its correct box
There was an issue with searching by the settlement number on the settlement grid - now there isn’t
The button for clients to view their invoice in the client zone was sometimes not showing when the invoice questionnaire was not being used. We’ve sorted that out
There were two date stamps showing on the invoice and settlement payment widget, both in different formats - one in US format and one in UK format. We’ve unified this so the days will now appear as day/month/year e.g. 20 Aug 2021
