Hello! Here are some really useful changes related to tracking the client certification process. We hope you find them useful!
Warnings when Clients should Upload ID
Sometimes, particularly when dealing with invoices and settlements, it is very important to know what stage of the certification process a client is. For example, you may not want to pay a settlement to a client who needs to upload ID, but hasn't yet done so.
We've added this feature to make this really clear, so finance teams will always know when there could be an issue with a client.
On the Invoices, Settlements and IC Settlements dategrids, we have added an Identity Cert column, so you can clearly see at what stage each client is:
There is also a filter to easily identify these clients:
There are warning messages on the payment widgets to ensure this information is conveyed before adding payments:
There is also a new warning icon next to the client name, in many areas of Snoofa where there are client lists, which show a tooltip informing when a client has a status that relates to ID being completed, e.g ID to Check or Advanced: Required.
Extra Warning when Clients have ID to Check
To make it even more clear and obvious when there are IDs of clients to check, we added a blue info banner at the top of the main Clients datagrid, to display this.
Status Filter on Auctions Datagrid
A small, but very useful addition. Now you can find the auctions you are looking for quicker with this new filter on the main Auctions datagrid.
Bug Fixes
- Fix to the ID upload, where clients were able to upload twice by mistake
- Fix to Google Captcha
- Improvement to some error messages on the consignment datagrid, so they are more informative and useful
