It is now possible to add internal notes on an invoice or settlement page. This is an internal note only and won’t show on the PDFs. This can be useful for admins to communicate with each other about a particular invoice or settlement.

It is possible to send out an email to vendors (called presettlement) informing them of the results of their lots after an auction.

We’ve changed how this email looks, so the results are now easier to read, appearing in a table format.

Up until now, it was only possible to remove a client’s bids whilst an auction was in progress. Now it is possible to remove a client’s absentee bids prior to an auction.

This can be done via the client’s absentee bid log.

• The Auction Results report will now be ordered by lot number by default.

• It will possible to sort the order of the report by lot number (low to high or high to low)

• The description of lots on the report has been tidied up

• The Subtitle field has been added to this report

There is some sensitive information in the Integrations section of the System Settings. Before now, this was too easy to change. Now the login information is hidden and a button must be clicked before making any changes. This will add a layer of security and help to prevent mistakes.

The consignment PDF will now show the date and time of when the electronic signatures were made.

We have made an addition to the department feature. Now, only the item categories selected in the department settings will show in the category dropdowns for items. This will allow work to be more streamlined, so users will only see the categories that they need to see, instead of a potentially long list.

VAT on the hammer value is shown as separate value on invoices when a lot is sold under the Standard VAT Scheme. There are now two new columns on the Summary screen so these VAT amounts display when under the standard scheme.
