Here is another Snoofa release! We’re up to v43 now… Read on to find out the updates.
⭐️ New Features
Pay Vendors by Cheque |
---|
ADMIN It is now possible to mark vendors as recipients of cheques, so it can be known how to pay them when doing settlement payments. In the payment method section of the client detail, cheque is selected as the option instead of filling in bank details. In addition, on the Settlements and IC Settlements datagrids, there is now a new column: |
USA Bank Details |
---|
ADMIN In the USA they do not use IBAN numbers when making international payments. As as result, we’ve made some updates to the Payment Methods widget to allow for the US format. The form will now have three configurations based on whichever country is selected: USA, UK and Other. |
UK USA Other |
Total Hammer on Settlements and Invoices |
---|
ADMIN For added transparency, it is now possible to show the total hammer price value on invoices and settlements. This allows buyers and vendors to see the total document amount before the fees are deducted. This is possible to switch on or off in the Appearance area of the System Settings. |
️ Separate Phone Registration Phone Numbers |
---|
ADMIN CLIENT ZONE Up until now, any auction phone registrations will include the phone numbers added to the client’s account on the phone bidding PDF. If they are both completed, the primary and secondary phone numbers were being added. Now, it is possible to override this phone number. When an administrator creates a phone registration, they will have the option of adding a contact number for the auction day. The registrants are able to perform the same action in their client zone. |
Phone Bidding (PLI) Sheet Updates |
---|
ADMIN On the PLI sheet, there are now some changes:
|
Improvements to the Results Reports |
---|
ADMIN The way the Vendor Results and Auction Results reports were being displayed was creating some confusion . We’ve made some changes here to add some clarity. Until now, any lots that were ‘unresolved’ would be included within the unsold lots. Now, only lots that are resolved as unsold will be included in this selection. There is a new unresolved filter to be able to identify the lots which are yet to be resolved. The Hammer column will now not show unsold if there is no hammer price applicable (such as the report being generated before the auction). Instead, there will now be a hyphen |
Auction Column on Consignment Datagrid |
---|
ADMIN We’ve added a default auction sale to the consignment datagrid. This allows admins to be able to easily see which auction a specific consignment relates to. It is possible, however, that a consignment will have lots placed in other auctions apart from the default sale. This is not shown in this column, it will always just show the default sale selected for the consignment. However, the CA must contain an item that has at least one lot within the specified auction for this default sale to show. This means that if the default sale of a consignment is set to auction 123, but there are no lots created in auction 123, this CA will not show up in the search even though the Default Sale column will say 123. |
Date and Time of Client Registration |
---|
ADMIN It is now possible to see the date and time when a client registered. This shows in a new column on the clients datagrid (with option to filter this screen by date) and on the quick edit widget. |
Small Tweaks
The consignment datagrid will now show all consignments, regardless of whether a department is or is not selected
