Unpaid Lots - List & View

Being able to see what is unpaid, is of huge importance, & Snoofa comes with three ways to do this. Using the filter within the Invoices Datagrid, or using the Debtors Report, within the Reports section of Snoofa, & finally using Summary also found within Cashiers, which gives you a Lot by Lot view rather than Invoices. 

Also the Invoices & Summary methods limit you to a particular Auction. While the Reports method enables an all Auction search.

Method one involves simply going to the Auction you wish to check, then Cashiers, then Invoices. All linked to via the left hand side menu, aka Main Navigation. Then using the filter to choose Unpaid within the Is paid drop down.

Method two is using the Reports tool, just head to Reports within the Main Navigation menu. Then choose Debtors, which will enable you to search for all Unpaid Invoices within your chosen date range.

For method three, you want to go to an Auction you wish to check. Then go to the Summary option, & you will see that the Lot Progress column within that Datagrid, using Symbols lets you see which Lots are or are not, part of an Invoice that had been paid.
