Sometimes it might be necessary to change the time of the valuation appointment a client has booked. They can do this in their client zone but perhaps they have called to ask you to do this for them. Here’s how.
First, navigate to the valuation day by clicking Valuation Events on the main menu |

Find the desired valuation day, using the filters if necessary, and click on it. |

Click on the time of the appointment you want to change. |
|
Use the dropdown in the Time field to select a new time slot and click Save. |
