It’s Snoofa v22.10. We’ve made another update! There are quite a few useful changes here, we hope you like them.
Latest Updates
Introductory Commission Reports |
---|
ADMIN MODULE We’ve come up with two new reports. Both of these are designed to be able to give a summary of introductory commission a client will receive, aggregated across multiple auctions. This saves clients needing to rummage through multiple IC Settlements. |
Introducer’s Summary Report This report is aimed at providing introducers with a summary of the lots and their results over a selected time period. |
Introducer’s IC Breakdown Report This report is aimed at providing introducers with a breakdown of the financial information of the lots they will receive IC on over a selected time period. |
Thumbnail Images on Documents | |
---|---|
ADMIN MODULE By popular request, we’ve added thumbnail images to show on the Viewing Sheet and Export for Docs exports. The new Viewing Sheet provides a superior viewing catalogue for clients viewing an auction in person. The new Export for Docs enables exporting all the auction details with images to other programs for the creation of printed catalogues. |
|
Next and Previous buttons | |
---|---|
ADMIN MODULE Sometimes it can be time consuming to scroll through many items/lots/documents in an auction. This is particularly relevant if scrolling down each page needs to take place. We’ve added some next and previous buttons to the bottom of the page make it faster to go back and forward. |
See how clients were registered | |
---|---|
ADMIN MODULE Sometimes it is useful to know by which method a client was created in the system e.g. Self-registered, imported from a third party etc. It is now possible to see this. On the Clients datagrid, there is a new filter so you can filter by clients created in different methods. This information will also show in the client detail. |
Showing the client salutation on paperwork | |
---|---|
ADMIN MODULE If a client has anything added in the Title field, this their salutation will show on all paperwork. E.g. Mr Smith instead of John Smith. |
Longer Subtitle on Collection PDF | |
---|---|
ADMIN MODULE Up until now, the subtitle showing on the collect PDF was limited to a low number of characters. We’ve now changed the design to be able to better incorporate more characters of the subtitle. |
% Buyer Commission Rate added to ‘Ready for Sale' criteria | |
---|---|
ADMIN MODULE It is now impossible to launch an auction without a buyer premium charge being attached to every lot. This will ensure no lots go through auction missing this by mistake. |
Bugs
In some (very niche) scenarios, when an invoice was marked as paid, it wasn’t showing the ‘paid’ tick icon. What’s more, a curious figure, such as 2.1737467547323E-11 was showing in the Amount box when trying to mark as paid again. Thankfully our clever team have managed to wheedle out the issue.
We made a change recently which linked the collection PDF in the Auctions tab of the client detail. Unfortunately, one button was showing for every lot on the PDF, which was unhelpful. Now there is only one button per document.
A few clients were able to achieve the basic level of certification without filling in their billing address. Obviously that isn’t part of the plan, so we tied up that loophole.
Some clients were able to place absentee bids when they hadn’t completed their basic certification. Now they will see a message instead: You have not completed your registration. In order to bid, please click here to complete your certification.
reCAPTCHA
Better automated checking for issues with invoices and settlements.
We’ve made some fixes to the collection PDFs. Sometimes the a lot was displaying half on one page and half on another. Also, sometimes only lot was displaying on one page. We’ve sorted these problems, so the PDFs are much clearer.
There was a niche scenario where some lots in an auction were displaying the wrong end date. Thankfully, that will happen no more.
