Hooray! We've made some more updates. Most of the changes are useful, time-saving changes to Snoofa Back Office. Thank you for all of the great suggestions.

Missing Client Information Warning

Sometimes, it is not possible for an administrator to register a client to an auction, because there is some missing information. Now, this will be clearer. When attempting this, there will be a warning message and a prompt to add the missing information.

Lots Showing as Withdrawn on Presale PDF

If a lot has been withdrawn, it can be useful to keep the client informed of this. Now the Presale PDF will update when this is the case. It could be resent to the vendor so they have an up-to-date version.

Company Name on Consignment PDF

A small addition, but a useful one. Now, if a client has the Company Name field filled, it will show on the Consignment PDF. It already shows on the other paperwork.

Filter Catalogue by Photo

This should make the process of getting all the correct images onto the system prior to an auction clearer. Now the catalogue can be filtered by whether or not the lots have images attached.

Search by Lot Title on Catalogue

We've made it easier for you to find the lot you are looking for. Now search by the title of the item on the catalogue datagrid for faster searching.

See Date of Auction Registration

It can be useful to know when a client was registered to a specific auction.

Now this date will be shown on the Registrations datagrid.

Client Title on Client Detail

If a client has a title, now it can be viewed in the client detail.

To make life easier when adding registrations and bids on behalf of clients, now the client name can be seen on the registration detail page.

Export for Docs Without Images

Recently we made a change so the Export for Docs would include thumbnail images. However, there was a desire to also have the option without images, so we have brought back the option to have this document with no images.

Upcoming Auctions Variable on Invoice Message Template

It is now possible to inform buyers about the dates of upcoming auctions when they are sent their invoice. This information can be inserted into the invoice email template and will display the auctions in the email in a tabular format.

Small Tweaks

Addition of {settlement_date} variable to the presale email template. This can be added to this message to communicate a settlement date to vendors.
Text change when past auctions list is empty on web module: "There are no past auctions to view."
Change text on invoices when Online Card Payment method used and there is a fee attached: "Online Administration Fee" instead of "Online Card Payment Surcharge."
Removal of misleading Send Questionnaire Notifications button when the invoice questionnaire is disabled in the system settings.

Bug Fixes

We've fixed an issue with not being able to clear the Registration Date filter on the Clients datagrid.
There was a confusing scenario where an image uploaded via the File Manager would not save unless the Save Changes button was clicked. The Save button on the File Manager wasn't sufficient. Now it is.
Fix to Buyer Charges window on lot detail not showing for uncertified clients. Now it will show in all scenarios.
Fix to text error on valuation day browser tab.
Tweak to red notifications bubble to cater for large numbers.
Fix to registration detail datagrid when adding bids - it is now easier to use keyboard only.
