To make lots easier to find on the Catalogue and Manager datagrids, we've added a new search filter: Owner. Instead of having to find a client's items by typing in their CA number, now you can simply search for the client themselves and bring up all items belonging to them.

Communicate the Settlement Date in the Presale Message

It is now possible to communicate to vendors in their Presale Advice email when they can expect to get paid after an auction, if there is a specific date.   To do this, you can insert the {settlement_date} variable into the presale advice email template by heading to System Settings > Messages > Presale Advice and clicking on the variable, and then adding it to the correct place in the template.

Bug Fixes

1. There was an error when trying to edit data directly in the Catalogue datagrid. It was necessary to go into the item detail or consignment to get round this. We have now fixed this so editing can continue as before.
2. There was a strange and unusual occurrence of lots being duplicated on settlement PDFs. Thankfully we have put a stop to this.
3. It was possible to add a registration to an auction which has been archived. Now this will not be possible.
4. It wasn't possible to send the activation email to clients if they were first added to the system without an email address and then one added subsequently. Now this is possible by filling in the alternative email address in the Unsendable Messages area:
   
   
   
5. The Auction Days filter on the catalogue and manager screens was showing the auction timings in the incorrect time zone. Now this has been updated.
6. On the catalogue and manager datagrids, the DR (Discretionary Reserve) tickbox filter was sometimes is selected without it being asking to. Now this has been resolved.
7. Fix to error with first lot of auction days not being set.
