Messages - Client Automation
One of the most time consuming aspects within the auction business is communication with Clients. Thankfully, Snoofa gives you the ability to send out large quantities of Client emails automatically. Each automatic email will perform a specific task, e.g. sending a Client an invoice.
Snoofa comes with a ready to go default, but easily customisable templates for these emails. Customising these has been made as easy as possible.

Message Types
How-To Customise Messages
Once logged into your Snoofa, head to Messages within System Settings. Then choose the Message Type you wish to edit.
INFO: The Add New button is for creating additional language versions, which are then set at Client level with a Clients account details.
Message Form Fields
Form Field | Explanation |
---|---|
Default From* | A required field, this defines the User (staff member) that Emails will appear to be sent from. It is possible to leave as Snoofa System, but this is not recommended as impersonal. |
Language* | This is for creating an additional language version, simply select as required. The default is English. Within a Clients account details you can change their Preferred Language, so they receive messages with additional language versions. |
Message | The content of a Message can contain placeholders & variables, which will be replaced by the specific value of it. E.g. {name} could be replaced by the Clients name. |
Subject* | Another required field, this will be the title, aka Subject of the Email Clients receive. |
Content* | The main body of the Email, which you can edit, along with the Subject. As well as including Message placeholders, & similarly other Variables. |
Available Variables | As well as the Header & Footer placeholders, there are Variables that can be placed into the Content of your Message, & will then be populated with the data they relate to. E.g. {saluation} {name} {link} |

NOTE: Clicking placeholders on the Message Template will insert them into the Content field.
